We had a two-story addition put onto our house and we ended up using Keefer Contractors after getting bids from five different contractors. The bid they gave us wasn't the least expensive and it wasn't the most expensive either. The cost made sense for the work requested. One thing to note, Tony Keefer worked with us as much as possible to get us within our budget. During the project, Tony and his crew were great and were very nice to us and our kids. We were very pleased with the work that was completed on time and within our budget (even with our additions to the scope). We have decided to complete additional remodeling work in our house for our kitchen and living room areas and are solely going to have Keefer Contractors doing the work! I would recommend them for any house improvement project!!!

We did a complete kitchen remodel with Keefer Contractors (aka All Decked Out), and were delighted with the process and the outcome.
Keefer’s crew and his subcontractors paid attention to detail and delivered a top quality product each step of the way. They invited inspection and comment throughout the project, and made whatever adjustments or enhancements were required in a skillful and cheerful manner.
We received a timeline for the project at the onset, and were pleased to see that each step was completed as planned. Keefer’s team went the extra mile to ensure that we were happy.
Everyone who entered the house took extraordinary steps to ensure that dust was contained as much as possible, which was big deal for us because there was some demolition work. Everything was cleaned up at the end of each work day. Except for whatever we approved by us, there were no tools, equipment or scrap left around the project at the end of each day.
Everyone we dealt with was attentive and responsive. There were no radios blaring, no loud conversations and no rude or inappropriate jobsite talk, so we were comfortable living in our home while the work was progressing.
“We’ll take care of it” could have been Keefer’s slogan. They smoothed every bump in the road quickly and effectively. The owner was frequently on site to inspect or participate in the work, and maintained excellent, friendly communications with us from start to finish.
Upper mid-range, I would guess, but an absolutely fabulous value when you consider every aspect of the job, the quality, their listening skills and responsiveness and the extra attention they give.

Finished basement including the installation of a 3 piece bathroom. Removed front stoop and sidewalk, increased the porch size and replaced with new concrete and built a roof over the new front porch entrance. Poured concrete floor in crawl space. Removed blacktop driveway, widened and replaced with concrete. Repaired brick paver patio and retaining wall. Installed new gutters and shutters.
It was a very good experience working with Tony Keefer and his crew. Tony and his crew were always professional and very trustworthy. He was quick to answer questions and accommodated all addendums.
The only negative comment (which is minor), is that we could have used more time to pick out the bathroom fixtures.
